At Cosarnia Ltd we have a fully computerised plate making facility which allows us to offer a fast cost effective service to our CROPMATIC users.
We can work direct from customers gerber files or by automatically scanning the actual PCB for hole size and position.
Finally the plates are produced on a Trumpf CNC punching machine .
Size of plate required ie 18" x 12", 18" x 15" or 18" x 17"
Plate thickness required ie 0.75mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, and 2.0mm.
Thicker plates can be made by spot welding multiple plates together if required.
